Once we receive your transmission, only authorized staff will be able to access your Personal Data.
Personal data is stored securely in our system. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data is properly protected. However, there is no security guarantee for any data transmission over the internet and you transmit all such data at your own risk. We will take all practicable steps to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose. Only authorized staff have access to the data. We do not release personal data to other parties.

Annual subscription fee for Alumni Swimming Card/Eligible Retiree Swimming Card is HKD220 (valid until 30 November 2024). Please deposit the amount to The Chinese University of Hong Kong (account no.: 293-005005-001) and upload the receipt copy to the application form.

校友游泳證/合資格退休僱員游泳證的年費為港幣$220(有效期至2024年11月30日)。請把款項存入香港中文大學帳戶(帳戶號碼：293-005005-001)並上載收據副本。 *

Normally, application procedure will be completed in 5 working days. Applicant will receive confirmation email from Administration and Amenities Section.

收妥所需文件後，辦事處正常會於5個工作天內批核申請。申請人會收到由行政及設施組發出的確認電郵。
